The Last of the Birthday Celebration

What a fun weekend! I know I've been blogging about the birthday all week, but when you've been sick for an entire week and bogged down in yuckiness, a little sunshine goes a LOOONG way. I'm just so thankful for HEALTH, family, great friends, and lots of smiles. It's been exciting.
Chuck E. Cheese was a hit last night (I think uncle Na-Na had the most fun - Dave and Buster's trip in our future).

And then his birthday party in the park (his favorite park!) with all of his little friends...it turned out to be perfect. Couldn't of asked for better weather! Almost all of his friends were there which was such a blessing and so much fun for the little guy. He had his favorite people there, his favorite food, in one of his favorite places in Bentonville. His party started at 4:30 and we closed the place down when it became dark. Loved it. I got the bucket of M&M's and tried to coerce the kids to all come together for a group photo (it worked, by the way!):
But then we had to get them to smoosh closer together :) And then the aftermath...our living room looks like #2 toy room! Not sure where we're gonna store all the fun new stuff, but I bet we can find a place. :) So fun! So now for a little rest and another party tomorrow night! I think Monday's plans will consist of NOTHING. :)
